Who I Am

Hello! I’m Andrea Mueller, a social media strategist and marketing consultant based in Springfield, Missouri. My career in digital marketing began in 2013 when I stepped into a new role leading driver recruitment advertising and social media for the largest refrigerated trucking company in North America. Although I started with only personal experience using social media, I quickly immersed myself in research, hands-on learning, and strategic execution. That process helped me discover a genuine passion for the influence and potential of online communities.

My Experience

For more than six years, I independently managed the company’s full social media presence, including:

• Social media strategy

• Content creation and scheduling

• Community communication

• Platform growth and optimization

Working within a large-scale organization required me to stay ahead of constantly changing platforms, identify new opportunities for engagement, and focus on organic growth to reduce advertising costs. Through these efforts, I strengthened brand visibility, increased traffic to the corporate website, and built a highly engaged audience.

Alongside my corporate work, I have also supported clients on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube by developing tailored content strategies and helping them refine their digital presence.
